These terms are issued by Nemax GCC Limited (Hong Kong, Company No. 77533929), trading as “NEMAX Finance” (“we”, “us”).
These terms govern your submission of the NEMAX Finance application form. By ticking the consent box and submitting the form, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms.
The form is a request to be considered for structured short-term, asset-backed co-financing. Submitting it is an expression of interest only. It is not an offer, a commitment, or an approval by NEMAX Finance. Any figures or indicative terms discussed are non-binding and remain subject to due diligence, asset valuation, identity and compliance checks, internal approval and final written documentation. NEMAX Finance may review, revise or decline any request at its sole discretion.
You confirm that the information you submit is true, accurate and complete, that you are authorised to submit it, and that you are entitled to share the details of the asset referred to in the application.
NEMAX Finance, together with its affiliates, special-purpose vehicles, advisers and service providers, will process the personal and transaction data you submit in order to:
The lawful basis for this processing is your consent and the legitimate interests of NEMAX Finance. Data is stored on secure third-party infrastructure (which may be located within the European Union) and is retained for as long as necessary for the assessment and to meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@nemax-finance.com.
You consent to being contacted by NEMAX Finance by email, telephone and messaging applications (including WhatsApp) in connection with this request.
You agree to provide the identity and asset-related documents reasonably required for verification. Documents you upload are stored securely and are accessible only to authorised NEMAX Finance staff.
Information provided by NEMAX Finance is general in nature and does not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You should obtain independent advice where appropriate.
NEMAX Finance arranges structured, asset-backed co-financing on a deal-by-deal basis. Nothing in this application or on this site constitutes an offer of securities, a deposit-taking activity, or an interest in a collective investment scheme or fund.
Each party will keep non-public information disclosed in connection with the application confidential and use it only for the purpose of assessing the request.
NEMAX Finance may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your application is the one published on this page at the time you submit the form.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts.
